How do I purchase a chart download? Chart downloads are clearly labeled as such in the product description. The product codes also end in the letter 'D'. Simply add the chart download to your basket and checkout as usual. How do I download a chart? After checkout an order confirmation page is displayed. Your chart download(s) will be shown here. Click on the link and save the chart to your computer. Alternatively you can download them later by logging into the site with your email address and password, and going to the 'My Account > Digital Downloads' section. How do I find the charts on my computer once I've downloaded them? When you download a chart, you are asked to choose a folder on your computer in which to save the chart. If you cannot find that folder later, you will need to search for the filename of the downloaded chart. This will be shown when you download the chart, and you should make a note of it. How do I open the charts I downloaded? All our charts are in pdf format. You will need version 5 or higher in order to view and print these properly. Do you need a newer version? 
What happens if my internet connection fails during download? You can access your downloaded charts in the 'My Account > Digital Downloads' section for 30 days from the date of purchase. You have 5 attempts to download the chart successfully. Free P&P As we are not sending you anything in the post, there isn't any postage & packing charged on a chart download. However, if you order any other product where P&P applies at the same time as a chart download then P&P will be charged as usual. Copyright The chart downloads on this website are copyright of Creative Crafts Publishing Ltd. When you buy a chart download you buy the right to download, view and print the chart for your own personal use. If you then give a copy of the chart download, whether by email, or by printing the chart and giving it to someone, or any other form of distribution then it is an infringment of our copyright. Even if you do not accept any form of payment, it is still copyright infingement and is an offense by law. Please respect our copyright, the talent of Mary Hickmott and the other designers featured on our website, and the hard work and effort all the team at Creative Crafts Publishing Ltd put in to providing the designs by purchasing our designs legally through our website.
