Stitch Direct Shipping & Returns Information When will my order be despatched? We try to hold as many items in stock as possible. Some of our products are made to order and others come from overseas; while we always try to maintain adequate stock levels, unforeseen delays do sometimes occur. If the item ordered is in stock then we will aim to despatch within 2 working days of your order being received. If only part of your order is in stock then we may despatch the part of the order, and send the remaining items at a later date. How do I return goods?
Stitch Direct guarantees that if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and return the item(s) concerned within 28 days of receipt and in a resaleable condition, it will replace or refund payment in full. Delivery charges will be refunded if the return is a result of our error. If you believe your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please give details via email to stitchdirect@ccpuk.co.uk quoting 'Damaged Products' in the subject header.
